Reasoning: Illinois playing at home in front of their raucous fans for a chance at a spot in the NCAA Tourney. Mich St with nothing on the line and nothing to play for, their fate already sealed, playing away from their home crowd. Illinois should be the favorite by 4.5 points in my estimate. Illinois ML +125 is a gift.
